For Sure........The pit is where I have my mineral licks. Over the past couple of years the deer have dug it 2 feet deep and about 4 feet round. They hammer the minerals all spring. I have another vid somewhere of three small bucks all in there at the same time. So far I have only one vid of a doe and 5 different bucks. The bucks range in antler growth from buttons to the one in the vid posted.......so far this spring.

For the minerals are you using a solid lick or granular?

I've been using the 4 Way blocks on stumps since '09 for my trail cam sites w/ good luck. We tried the powdered Deer Co-Cane on the ground & I'm pretty sure it was ignored. Still got 2 bags of the stuff sitting in the basement.

I usually just grab a trace mineral block when they come on sale at the co-op. I think they are 2 for $15........They deer hammer them. I have used rackstacker and they other "deer lick" with results but for a quarter the price I get the same amount if not more pictures with the regular trace mineral licks. )they are the brown ones)
