K..I'll divulge alittle of my BBQ stuff...lol..

since it's almost Bear season...pulled pork is awesome,,,but pulled bear is better!!

Get a shoulder roast or rump from your bear. First, rub it down with either French's mustard,,or whole grain mustard.
All over!
Now rubb down with your favourite rub...here's a quick one..
Paprika
Chili powder
cumin
garlic powder
pepper
salt
sugar
dried oregano
cayene or chili flake

If you want,,,buy a syringe and inject with Apple Cider....do it...you'll love it!!

rub your rub on,,or sprinkle it on, so you can no longer see the mustard on it...don't worry,,,you won't taste the mustard after...it helps your rub adhear to your roast. Back and front and top..EVERYWHERE!! Let sit for 5 minutes..
Now wrap in bacon, or any pork fat on top. LOTS OF IT!!! Start your BBQ or Smoker...or in the oven if you have to. and cook at 225-250 for 7-9 hours. Depending on the size of you roast... Baste it ofen with a mop sauce of your choice...lemon and apple juice works great.
When the internal temp is around 190...she's done,,,but don't get fooled...it needs to be leveled out at 190...not just reach 190...then she's ready to come out.
Take the bacon off, she'll be dark anyway by now,,you just needed the fat to render and baste the roast for you,,give her a glaze of your fav BBQ sauce and let her sit tented under Foil for 15 minutes..
Then, get on some gloves and PULL her apart!!!
Serve with Slaw and fresh buns and watch out!!!....You'll have your guests HOOKED on pulled bear!
